At Guter Kaffee, we want you to enjoy every cup. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened bags of coffee.

Unopened coffee products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Perishable food products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (where applicable)
